SMD ASSEMBLY

Our SMT lines are optimized for prototypes and small-medium quantity batches, thus we can offer competitive prices for small runs.

Thanks to our vapor-phase reflow oven, we can assemble the most challenging boards without wasting any piece.

We can assemble any size of component starting from 0201 (0603 metric) including BGAs, QFNs, QFPs as well as modules such as GSM and GPS devices.

THROUGH-HOLE ASSEMBLY

With our EBSO selective soldering machines, we can solder through-hole devices efficiently and in constant, high quality.

Comparing to hand soldering, these machines solder under Nitrogen inerted environment. This process results in oxidation-free solder joints with minimal flux residue.

Our selective soldering machines also make possible to easily solder boards with pins connected directly to large copper area.

INSPECTION

Each board undergoes a comprehensive inspection to check its compliance to the corresponding IPC standard before leaving our premises.

Every preparation and manufacturing step is cross-checked by another staff member to eliminate any human error.

Boards are also checked with computer guided first-article inspection station.

With our X-ray machine, we can inspect the hidden solder joints and components.

COMPONENT AND PCB SOURCING

We can source bare PCBs and components as per the customer needs. For bare PCBs, we have partnership with many European and Chinese manufaturers, so we can select the best supplier for each case.

We are ready to supply components for the production. Besides our inventory of most common passive parts, we can order parts from suppliers such as Digi-key, Mouser, Farnell, TME, Avnet, Arrow, Future Electronics (not a complete list).
